Cosmetic Nurse (Full Time and Part Time)
DLK on Avenue is Toronto's latest state-of-the-art skin care facility, delivering a new standard of clinically effective, medically directed skin care treatments, using the most advanced technology available -- all in a welcoming, confidential environment.  We are currently seeking a Cosmetic Nurse to join our team.
 
The Cosmetic Nurse will be responsible for the nursing activities required to provide a safe environment for patients undergoing treatments and procedures in our Clinic. These responsibilities include performing laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, injectable procedures (Botox and fillers), facial rejuvenation, retail sales and ensuring that all communication is professional and friendly.  A general understanding of the cosmetic, beauty care, spa and cosmetic dermatology industries will prove valuable.  Key success factors include an ability to adapt to new challenges and an appreciation and preference for working in a ‘team’ environment.
 
This is a full time position and will include some weekend and evening shifts.  Competitive Salary is based on experience.
 
Patient Services Representatives (Full Time and Part Time)
These positions are an integral part of the overall day to day operation of DLK on Avenue Inc. Patient Services are responsible for all formal receiving and processing interactions with patients. These frontline positions require a good working knowledge of customer service models found throughout the service industry and an ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of a multi-service environment. Other responsibilities include administration support, appointment scheduling, retail sales, and coordination with senior management. A complete working knowledge of customer service models is required. A proficiency in Windows XP Office, Microsoft Excel, and POS retail systems as well as facility scheduling systems is an asset. A general understanding of the cosmetic, beauty care, spa and cosmetic dermatology industries will prove valuable. Key success factors include an ability to adapt to new challenges and an appreciation and preference for working in a ‘team’ environment.
